RTPH offers on-site artificial insemination services
for mares booked to our stallions at no additional costs (except mare
care and the veterinarian's ultrasound and any necessary veterinary
services).
Mare care will be: Pasture
$8/day dry (no foal)
$10 per day wet (with foal at side)
Stall
$10/day dry (no foal)
$12 per day wet (with foal at side)
Mare care may include your onsite Artificial Inseminations see
contract for details
It does not cover any veterinary services such as:
ultrasound, palpations, flushes, cultures, etc.
You will be notified before any of the above procedures
are performed on your mare.
We also ship quality semen from all our stallions. Christine
Michelson (owner of RTPH) attended Colorado State University's shipped
semen program in 1997. After which, Christine began
Stallion
Management Services - a mobile semen collection and processing lab.
For nine years Christine collected many different stallions all over
Northern California and has also flown to Alaska to help train/retrain
stallions to the phantom. Christine has also been a features
lecturer at the Western States Horse Expo in Sacramento, CA.
and has been interviewed for numerous magazine articles regarding
shipped semen.
